Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Reparty account and the personal data associated with it. Reparty is operated by PT Kumpul Pakai Technology.
1. Delete your account from the app
You can request deletion of your account directly within the Reparty mobile app:
- Open the Reparty app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request to permanently delete your account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us. Please send your request from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number registered to your account so we can verify your identity.

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
3. What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your account profile — name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and date of birth.
- Your preferences and notification settings.
- Personal identifiers linked to your event and booking activity.
4. What data may be retained
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction and payment records needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
- Information necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary and are then securely deleted or anonymized.
