This Privacy Policy explains how PT Kumpul Pakai Technology ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Reparty mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Reparty, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service:
- (a) Account information — name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and date of birth.
- (b) Identity Verification (KYC) data — photo of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a selfie photo of you holding your KTP.
- (c) Business Verification (KYB) data — for users who host paid events or represent a venue: business licence (SIUP/NIB) and venue photos.
- (d) Event & booking data — parties you host or join, tickets purchased, and check-in records.
- (e) Location data — approximate or precise location, when you grant permission, to show nearby parties.
- (f) Payment information — transaction details processed through our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers).
- (g) Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, and interaction logs.
The KYC selfie is collected only as a standard photograph for visual review. We do not generate, extract, or store any biometric identifier, faceprint, or facial-recognition template, and we do not perform face scanning, liveness detection, or automated face-matching.
2. Why We Collect KYC & KYB Data
Identity Verification (KYC) is submitted voluntarily and is required only to unlock account-based features that carry financial or safety risk — specifically withdrawing funds and hosting events. Authorized review staff visually compare the selfie against the submitted ID document to confirm you are a real person of legal age. Business Verification (KYB) confirms that a host or venue is legitimate before they can receive payments.
This data serves fraud prevention and financial accountability for hosts who receive payments. It is never used for advertising, profiling, automated facial recognition, or any purpose beyond identity and business verification.
3. How We Use & Share Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, enable party discovery, ticketing, hosting and check-in, process payments and send confirmations, send notifications, and improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with: event hosts (attendee details necessary for guest management and check-in), service providers who process data on our behalf, and legal authorities where required by law.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your identity documents are stored on our own private, non-public file system located in Indonesia, protected by access control, an immutable access audit log, dynamic watermarking on preview, and disk-level encryption.
"KTP, selfie, SIUP, and venue photos are stored on a private, non-public file system. They are not accessible via direct URL and cannot be indexed by search engines." Furthermore, "we do not extract, index, or store your KTP number (NIK) as a separate searchable field. Documents are stored as images for visual review only."
5. Who Can Access Your Data
"We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your KYC or KYB documents with advertisers, marketing partners, data brokers, or any other commercial entity." Only authorized review staff can access identity documents, and every access is recorded in an immutable audit log. Our payment processor (Xendit) receives only transaction data — "Xendit does not receive your KTP, selfie, SIUP, or venue photos."
6. Data Retention
"KYC documents (KTP, selfie) — retained while your account is active. When you request account deletion and it is approved, your KYC documents are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days." Other information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Your Rights
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by following the steps on our Account & Data Deletion page. You can also manage permissions (such as location and notifications) through your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are of legal age to attend the events offered. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
