• Event & booking data — parties you host or join, tickets purchased, and check-in records.
• Location data — approximate or precise location, when you grant permission, to show nearby parties.
• Payment information — transaction details processed through our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
• Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, and interaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To enable party discovery, ticketing, hosting, and check-in.
• To process payments and send transaction confirmations.
• To send notifications about bookings, events, and updates.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Event hosts — limited attendee details necessary for guest management and check-in.
• Service providers — payment processors, cloud hosting, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf.

You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by following the steps on our Account & Data Deletion page. You can also manage permissions (such as location and notifications) through your device settings.

The Service is intended for users who are of legal age to attend the events offered. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
