These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reparty mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by PT Kumpul Pakai Technology ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Reparty, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to attend the events offered through the Service and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using Reparty, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Using the Service

Reparty allows you to discover, host, and join parties and events, purchase tickets, and check in to events. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Tickets & Payments

• Ticket prices, availability, and terms are set by event hosts and are displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment partners.
• Refunds, cancellations, and entry conditions are subject to the policies of the relevant event or host and applicable law.

5. Hosts' Responsibilities

If you host an event through Reparty, you are responsible for the accuracy of your event details, compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements, and the proper management of your guests and tickets.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any law or the rights of others.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to disrupt, hack, or misuse the Service.
• Reselling tickets in violation of host or platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by PT Kumpul Pakai Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that events will occur as described, as hosts are responsible for their own events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Kumpul Pakai Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm other users or the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
